I won't lie I shopped around a little bit and I thought about using the big company that came out, but I really thought about it and I would rather use someone who is big enough to take care of me but small enough to still care about me and that's what I got with JLS. JLS Mechanical is the best hvac company I have ever worked with. I have a number of rental houses and my personal residence. I'm in my late 70s and can't do some of the things I use. When I call, I feel like I am at the top of the list with the quality I receive. No company is perfect but JLS sure comes close in my book. I go out of my way to recommend them to everyone.

Two weeks before the storm they replaced all of my ductwork, I was very pleased with the work, pleasant professional and helpful, once I get the electric back on the house went from 28 to 65 within an hour! Thank you!!

The problem was finally fixed by JLS. I had another company that came before and the AC unit stopped working a day after.

Exceptional service and very fair prices. Tried the large companies and they tried to sell us things we didn't need. Patterson Air cares about the customer and we will be with them exclusively.

Taz came out on July 4th because our thermostat wasn't working. The one I had under my warranty wasn't immediately available so Taz got the ok from his boss to install an upgraded thermostat under my warranty!! Taz also talked about tips to help make sure my HVAC unit runs efficiently. Much thanks to Taz n JLS for the good service and the unexpected upgrade. I definitely would recommend them!!!!

They are amazing! Had no heat and they were out same day. Had to have them come back out the next day since the problem happened again and they did. The technician Mike was great and very personable.
